ITES-4H | Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 4 Hardware

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 4 Hardware (ITES-4H) contract is the Army’s premier Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle for enterprise IT hardware solutions. Managed by the Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS)/Digital Market program and the Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI), ITES-4H provides a streamlined way for Army, DoD, and other Federal Agencies to procure state-of-the-market IT equipment and related incidental services.

ITES-4H Scope

ITES-4H covers a full range of commercial IT hardware, associated software, and incidental services to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and beyond. Equipment categories include:

1. Servers
2. Workstations, Thin Clients, Desktops, Notebooks
3. Storage Systems
4. Networking Equipment
5. Imaging Equipment (printers, scanners, MFDs)
6. Cables, Connectors, and Accessories
7. Video Equipment (VTC, displays, projectors, smartboards)
