A voucher is a printable (or email) code that covers the full exam fee on Pearson VUE's checkout page. It works exactly like a gift-card – you enter the 12-digit AWS-VCHR-XXXXX code, the price drops to $0, and you're set to schedule.

Yes. Every voucher has a 12-month expiration from the date of issuance (the date printed on the PDF/email). As per the terms.
Absolutely. The voucher is region-agnostic – you can schedule the exam at any Pearson VUE testing center or online-proctored session worldwide, as long as the exam is offered in that region.
Typically No, Once the voucher is redeemed (i.e., you schedule the exam), it's considered "spent," even if you don't pass. For this campaign, We’ve been able to negotiate a free retake for all of exams if the vouchers are purchased before March 31st 2026 and your candidates take the exam before December 31st 2026. If they do fail, PearsonVUE will automatically provide a free retake. Zero cost to book the same exam again.
After purchase you'll receive a CSV report with each voucher code, issue date, and expiration. You can also request a custom-branded PDF that includes a unique identifier per employee (e.g., "Team-Alpha-01").
Vouchers are non-refundable once the code is delivered. If you haven't received the code yet (e.g., payment failed), we'll cancel the order and refund immediately.
