CRN Tech Elite 250 (2012)

ThunderCat joins the definitive list of solution providers with deep technical expertise and premier certifications in the data center market. The list was developed by CRN editors and is based upon the level and depth of technical certifications from EMC, IBM, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft,Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Symantec and NetApp. These technical ceritifcations have enabled solution providers to deliver best-of-breed products and services to support their customers.

CRN Fast Growth 100 (2012)

The annual list features the fastest-growing solution providers in the technology industry based on two years' growth of net sales from calendar year 2009 to calendar year 2011. Fast Growth 100 companies are considered some of the best and brightest of the channel— companies that have managed to fight strong economic headwinds to achieve impressive revenue growth over the past two years.

SmartCEO GovStar Industry Small Business Winner (2012)

SmartCEO created the GOVstar program to honor local government contracting firms for their technology innovation, workplace environment, growth, veteran support and contributions to the industry and marketplace. The Industry Star Award category recognizes a government contractor that is an exemplary leader among his or her peers in the industry. This leader is actively giving back to his or her country through their mentorship and is on the forefront of taking their aspect of government contracting in new directions.

INC5000- #842 (2012)

The 2012 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2008 to 2011. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2008. The minimum revenue required for 2008 is $100,000; the minimum for 2011 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.'s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at http://www.inc.com/500.

Washington Business Journal 50 Fastest Growing Companies (2012)

The Washington Business Journal is honoring companies with at least three years of consecutive revenue growth for our the Fastest Growing Companies awards. Participating companies must have more than $2 million in revenue in 2009 and more than $10 million in revenue in 2011 to qualify. Growth must be consecutive year-over-year.

Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2012)

Tom Deierlein, ThunderCat Technology CEO was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2012 Award in the government services category in Greater Washington. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Tom was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a special gala on June 21, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner.

Solution Provider 500- #125 (2012)

UBM Channel, as a part of CRN’s 2012 Solution Provider 500 list, which ranks the top technology integrators in North America. Formerly known as the “VAR 500”, the Solution Provider 500 ranks the highest producing solution provider organizations in the IT channel from hardware sales, software sales, and managed IT services. ThunderCat Technology placed #125 in the annual ranking.

Forbes America's Most Promising Companies (2011)

Forbes Top 100 America’s Most Promising Companies List. Forbes‘ list of America’s Most Promising Companies features 100 privately held up-and-comers with compelling business models, strong management teams, notable customers, strategic partners and precious investment capital

VAR500- #178 (2011)

The VAR500 list ranks the top technology integrators in North America. Featuring the highest producing technology integrators and solution provider organizations in the IT channel, the VAR500 rankings consider earnings from hardware sales, software sales and managed IT services. ThunderCat Technology placed #178 in the 17th annual ranking.

RedHat Public Sector Small/Medium System Integrator Partner of the Year (2012)

NetApp Civillian Partner of the Year (2011)

The award was presented to General Manager Keith McMeans at the 2011 Summit that took place at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, November 15th and 16th. The award is based upon sales volume and recognizes ThunderCat Technology’s commitment in the areas of customer wins, revenue growth, and overall relationship investment.

Riverbed Partner of the Year (2010)

ThunderCat was awarded Riverbed Technology Regional Partner of the Year Award for Federal. The awards were presented at the Riverbed Accelerate Performance Summit 2010, the company’s annual user and partner conference, on May 19th in Las Vegas, NV. The Riverbed® Partner Awards recognize partners that demonstrate success in the areas of customer wins, revenue growth and relationship investment.
